Qualitative researcher with a passion for young people and social justice.

I am a qualitative researcher based in the UK. I have a passion for young people and social justice, with a particular interest in young people in the care system. You can learn more about me and my research journey by clicking on the ‘About’ tab above.
I studied at the University of Birmingham between 2013 and 2023, culminating in my ESRC-funded PhD titled ‘Mapping the Virtual School Ensemble: The Role of Loss, Grief, Love, and Care’. You can read more about my PhD and other work in the ‘Publications’ tab above.
I currently work, part-time, as a Senior Researcher for a Christian youth work charity and as an Independent Panel Member for a not-for-profit fostering agency. Alongside this, and my other voluntary roles, I offer freelance research services which you can read more about in the ‘Freelance Research’ tab above.
